By accessing and using EV Connect's services, you agree to the following terms:

• Comply with Vietnamese laws and regulations related to energy and transportation
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to harm the system
• Maintain the confidentiality of your personal account information and do not share access rights with others
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Do not interfere with the operation of charging devices or management software
• Follow usage instructions and safety procedures when charging vehicles
• Do not use charging devices for purposes other than electric vehicle charging
• Immediately notify us if you detect any malfunctions or unusual issues

2. Payment Policy

Regulations regarding payment and service usage:

• Accepted payment methods:
  • Payment via mobile application
  • Bank transfer
  • International credit/debit cards
  • E-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay)
• Transaction processing:
  • Automatic order confirmation through the system
  • Electronic invoice sent after transaction completion
  • Transaction history stored in account
• Refund policy:
  • 100% refund if service cannot be provided
  • Refund processing within 7 business days
  • No refund for charging time already used
• Dispute resolution:
  • Complaints accepted via 24/7 hotline
  • Response to complaints within 24 hours
  • Dispute resolution according to legal regulations

3. Warranty Policy

Commitment to service and equipment quality:

• Equipment warranty period:
  • Charging equipment: 24 months from installation date
  • Accessories: 12 months
  • Management software: Lifetime support and updates
• Warranty scope:
  • Technical defects from manufacturer
  • System software issues
  • Damage from normal use
  • Connection and data transmission issues
• Warranty process:
  • 24/7 request reception via hotline
  • Remote issue resolution when possible
  • Technician inspection within 24 hours
  • Equipment replacement within 48 hours if needed
• Cases not covered by warranty:
  • Damage from external physical impact
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications to equipment
  • Incorrect use or not following instructions
  • Equipment past warranty period
  • Natural disasters, fires, force majeure accidents

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

EV Connect reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel service if violations are detected
• Change service prices with prior notice
• Perform periodic system maintenance
• Update terms of use when necessary

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Protection of intellectual property rights:

• Copyright of content and materials
• Brand usage rights
• Limitations on copying and distribution
• Copyright violation handling
